Failure to cooperate may delay results and does not qualify for refunds.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed

Monthly services (hosting, ads, CRM) are billed on a recurring basis

Late payments may result in service suspension

No Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital services:

All sales are final

No refunds will be issued once work has begun

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, including:

Number of leads

Revenue increases

Ad performance

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

6. Advertising Services

For paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.):

Clients are responsible for ad spend

We manage campaigns but do not control platform algorithms

Accounts may be suspended by platforms without notice

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created remain the property of BuildRight Marketing Agency until paid in full

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to agreed deliverables

We may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Terms are violated

Payments are missed

Abuse or misconduct occurs

Clients may cancel services with written notice (typically 30 days).

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of revenue or profits

Business interruptions

Third-party platform issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold BuildRight Marketing Agency harmless from:

Legal claims

Damages

Liabilities

Resulting from misuse of our services or violation of laws.

11. Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or performance.
